2 bits

This message is to Maticzpl regarding the Subframe chipmaker script; I've noticed that when FILT ctype is displayed in binary, that the 1st and 2nd bits are separate from the others.  Since, in hexadecimal display, the 29th and 30th bits are set by typing 1, 2, or 3 in hexadecimel, it only makes sense that it's the 29th and 30th bits that are separate from the other bits in binary display; after all, it's not often people use the 29th or 30th bit, other that to indicate serialized data in the case of the the 29th bit, or to stand in for 0 in the case of the 30th bit.

I also think there should be a "Decimal without 29th bit" display included.  Since the 29th bit is used as an indicator for serialized data, we can set serialized data without having to use a serializing element; in "Decimal without 29th bit" display, we could see what exactly what temp (in kelvin), life, pressure, or velocity the deserializing element will read.
